What is enhanced access? Enhanced access is the offer of pre-bookable appointments outside of the surgery’s core contractual hours. This could be either in the evening or at weekends. This service aims to improve access to GP services, make out of hours services provided by GPs more consistent across the country, more accessible to people who need them and more integrated with other health services.

Service hours:
Monday to Friday 6pm-8pm (5pm-8pm for Andover Hub patients)
Saturdays 9am-5pm (8am-12pm for Andover Hub patients)
Patients registered at our Practices can contact reception staff to book an appointment. Appointments are available either at the Andover Hub or Alresford/Watercress Surgery, where you can access a routine GP appointment , Physio Appointment or Nurse led appointment. The service is being expanded so there will be a range of appointments available so please ask the receptionist for more information.
Note the type of appointments offered within clinic depends on the staffing skills we have timetabled . It is not a guarantee that all the above list will be available every day.
